2 lil lambs

 Aren’t you that lost little lamb?

Scared of the dark and shy lil guy?

You put on that lil fluff fleece coat on

Everyday, and totter by

Underneath you shiver at each bark,

And the howling wind.

I am another lamb, who is just as lost

But in my own world of wonder

I sniff the flowers and chase butterflies 

Wait for shooting stars in the night sky.

We found each other just as the time was right

You got lost in my stories 

And forgot some of your fears

And I woke up to some reality that I was missing out.

With you I am just another lamb

But when you quiver at a bark

Somehow I always muster enough courage to chase your fears away

For you, somehow I feel like I am a bear.

Your fluff fleece is warm enough for us two.

We are poor lil lambs who have lost our way

But where we are isn’t so bad.
