For those who want to break the cycle

For those who cry too easily, love too deeply, hope to insane limits and stay when the party ends and everyone leaves. The world may not acknowledge you always but know that you will be remembered by those alike you. You may give them just enough strength to stay that way, sweet and thoughtful. You please stay just this way, so that there will be more like you, because that's what the world needs, someone to kiss the wounds and someone to hug.

When generational trauma is passed, be there to take efforts to not pass it on. Step out of the constant blaming your parents, trace the memories back and step into their shoes, maybe you will understand their behaviour and you can forgive; maybe it won't be justified but it's time you heal. When it's your turn in the relay race, all you can do is take the batton and run as fast as possible, sometimes you need to cover up the shortcomings of your predecessor and remember it may happen that someone might need to cover up for you.
